Website relaunches vanity stamp program

Online postal company Stamps.com is relaunching its "PhotoStamps" program, where customers can create their own personalized postage. The stamps are printed with a machine-readable code on the right side, allowing the U.S. Postal Service to process them like traditional stamps.
